Our High Strength Billet Aluminum Hub is a drop in replacement for the stock pulley.

Swapping to a Chain Final Drive is less work than changing a broken belt. As the swingarm does not need to be removed.
You will never have to remove your primary or swingarm again because of broken belts!

Our Sprocket sizes are selected to allow maximum use of the small axle adjustment slot on these bikes, Not just random sizes that put the axle at the end of adjustment.

All of our Sprockets are Heat Treated C1045 Steel for long lasting durability.
Aluminum sprockets do not live for long on a Harley!

 

24T Front Sprocket and 51T Rear Sprocket is equivalent to the stock belt drive gearing.
55T Rear Sprocket= 7.5% Deeper
58T Rear Sprocket= 13% Deeper

530 EK 3D Chain- High Strength, Recommended for all baggers

3D parts are precisely manufactured, leading to a greater improvement of transmission efficiency, better acceleration and efficient engine work.
Features an original special plate with a lightening hole. EK creates a hole on both ends of a pin to lighten the chain without weakening the plate according to computer analysis. The edge-cut inner plate reduces friction and realizes smooth engagement with sprocket. This plate enables the chain to be light, removes mud from the hole and dissipates heat effectively.

Ive only got about 30 miles or so since installing (24t on front 58t on rear) what a difference I will commit more when I get a few hundred miles on my 16 flhxs and a few passes down the strip

Not much impresses me enough to comment on anything but, this is a high quality kit. The hub is billet, machining is flawless and the bearings have a Timken part number. The machining, concentricity and polished satin finish on the front sprocket is flawless. The rear sprocket is thick and made in USA by a long established sprocket mfg company. The rear high carbon sprocket steel shows the expected cosmetic finish from furnace heat treating of the entire part. Cheap is rarely better.
